Without adding to precious recruitment budgets, Examagram allows you to test as many potential candidates as you need, quickly and easily.

Past, Present & Future
Past – Originating from the UK and ASIA, Examagram has been created by a group of IT and recruitment professionals, with over 20 years of experience in both industries. Born from a frustration with the expense and poor standard of existing online English testing tools, Examagram was created to assist with the recruitment of candidates in predominantly non-native English speaking countries. It has since grown from a tool for personal use into one available globally and used in many countries worldwide.
Present – Examagram is used in many countries throughout the world and can be accessed in any country. Investment and Donations are provided by HR & Recruitment professionals in order to provide Businesses and Recruiters alike a free online English testing service that can offer real time analysis to its users across the globe.
Future – We are currently developing a Free Numeracy test for users.We have plans to extend the test to other languages including Mandarin and Spanish testing, as well as adding other core. Online English testing is only the beginning! We aim to improve the standard of online testing while helping our clients drive down their recruitment costs. User Service Agreement
- The Standard Examagram English Test will ALWAYS be a free service to the user.
- The Standard-User sign up (using linked in) will ALWAYS be a free service to the user.
- The Online-data comparison, available on the standard EXAMGRAM RESULTS CERTIFICATE will ALWAYS be free service to the user.
- Examagram will NEVER attempt to limit the amount of users from a single company that it provides its standard FREE service.
- The ability to be able to send the results of the Standard Examagram English test to a third party contact will ALWAYS be a free service to the user.
- The Standard graphs and charts available on the Examagram Dashboard will ALWAYS be a free service to the user.
- To be clear, if in the future Examagram wishes to offer the user additional ‘chargeable’ services outside this agreement then another proposal and agreement will need to be agreed upon from both parties.
- From this agreement there is NO ASSUMPTION from Examagram or NO REQUIREMENT for the user to embark on any additional services past The Standard services available.

‘The Standard’ refers to all free services available on Examagram.com on the 03.07.2014.
The ‘User’ refers to the person or company that has signed up to Examagram with the intention of using the standard services available through the Web Portal accessed by Examagram.com

How much does it cost?
Examagram is free to use (see service agreement), we do not charge for any part of the standard service. All we ask is that if you do find the service useful that you please recommend us to your colleagues and business contacts.
How many times can I use Examagram?
As much as you like! Whether it’s one test or one thousand tests, you are free to use the service as often as you need (and always be sure to recommend us to your business contacts
Who should I test?
The test is designed to examine the English competence of candidates that you are considering employing. Most employers use Examagram with candidates who use English as their second, third or fourth language. You can also use Examagram to examine your current workforce or even yourself
When should I use Examagram?
Examagram can be used for any situation where you need to test the English skills of your current or prospective candidates. A typical scenario is prior to the interview process, where Examagram can be a vital tool in narrowing down submitted profiles. Whether you are recruiting for an accountant, IT specialist or sales person, it is important that you can examine and assess their communication skills before making a decision on inviting them in for an interview. Examagram offers a fast, accurate and free method of ensuring that short-listing a candidate is the right move
Can’t I just phone the candidates to test their level of English?
A phone call can only test the verbal and listening skills of a candidate, and it is very difficult to arrive at an accurate assessment of these, particularly when trying to compare one candidate against another. Examagram tackles the reading and writing aspects of language, focusing on accurately and consistently assessing grammar and vocabulary.
Examagram can be used to pre-screen candidates before contacting them. For example, from 30 applicants, you may only want to talk to 10. Examagram can assist you in compiling this shortened list. No matter how you plan to use Examagram, it is 100% free.
Can Examagram be applied to business English?
Examagram has been designed to examine the ability of each candidate within a work/corporate environment. The terminology in the test has been deliberately written to test the everyday business language use of the candidate as well as covering every day English communication. Who uses the test?
Anyone who is interested in a free evaluation of English language abilities Examagram however, the product is aimed primarily at internal recruitment teams, external recruitment agencies or line managers/recruiters looking to shortlist candidates for interview.
How long does it take to send a test?
Once you have completed the one minute sign up or logged in either through Examagram.com or linked in, you can instantly send tests by inputting some basic data on each candidate.
What happens when the candidate completes the test?
They will instantly be sent an e-mail documenting the results and analysis of their results. At the same time, you will be sent similar information of their results and how to interpret and examine these.
Can I send the test results on to other people?
Yes, once the test is completed you can log in to your personal dashboard and forward the results with analysis to a line manager, colleague or one of your clients. The results will include analysis so that your colleague or client can examine the data. This service is also 100% free and can be sent as many times as you like.
Is the test credible?
Absolutely, it is written by a professional who has 14 years’ experience of writing material for UBELT, KET, PET, TOEFL and TOEIC. She has worked in private language schools and a number of UK universities including Loughborough, Bath and Bath Spa as well as worked with publishers including Pearsons Longman (UK), HarperCollins (UK), Klett (Germany) and FLTRP (China). The test is written in correlation with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. (CEFR) as used by Cambridge University language assessment ESOL examinations.
How long does the test last?
There is a time limit of 30 minutes for each test however the user will typically finish the test in 20-25 minutes. There are 60 questions, allowing an average of 30 seconds for each question. It is important that the candidate is able to focus on the test without distraction and would ideally be working on it in a room by themselves.
Is the test unique? Can the candidate sit the same test twice?
Each test is unique therefore ensuring any candidate who takes the test more than once does not have an unfair advantage. Each question is randomly selected from a large question pool, and the test itself regulates its difficulty throughout, based on the abilities of the candidate
How do my test results compare?
You can compare results across all of your candidates, and even across averages from candidates in the same country, another country or even worldwide. How long does the candidate have to complete the test?

Can I find out more about the author of the test?
Naomi Styles has worked for 14 years in English Language Teaching, as both a teacher and a writer of English language learning and testing materials. She has taught students from all age groups and a wide range of nationalities, both in the UK and overseas. She has worked in private language schools and a number of UK universities including Loughborough, Bath and Bath Spa as a tutor on their pre-sessional and in-sessional programmes for international students. The test is written in correlation with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. (CEFR) Can I know more about this?
Yes, The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment which is also known as CEFR for short, is set of guideline used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe and in other parts of the world such as South America and Asia.
The CEFR was put together by the council of Europe as the main part of the project “Language Learning for European Citizenship”. The CEFR’s main objective is to provide a method of learning, teaching and assessing which can be applied to all languages across Europe including English. The European Union Council Resolution recommend using the CEFR to set up systems of validation of language ability. The six reference levels are widely accepted as the European standard for grading an individual’s language proficiency.
Examagram is written in conjunction with these 6 levels and uses these levels to score and give analysis to on each test. The test covers the reading and writing aspects of language testing.
The 6 levels are derived from 3 categories:
A Basic User
B Independent User
C Proficient User

Can you tell me more about the 6 levels and the Examagram scoring system?
On completing a test a user will be awarded an Examagram score which is a number out of 1000.
This number can be translated into a CEFR level as detailed below, as well as providing additional granularity as to the position of the candidate within the level.
|A1||CEFR Level: A1 Breakthrough or beginner|
|Examagram Score: 143 – 245|
|At the very basic level the candidate can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of basic needs of communicating with the person. They can understand some simple notices and signs and can fill out simple forms. They will be able to introduce themselves and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where they live, people they know and things they have. They will also be able to interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help. However, users rely heavily on gestures, symbols and other visual stimuli to aid understanding which will put the person at a disadvantage if their position requires a lot of phone work. It is very likely that they would need additional training in the work place if it is a requirement to converse regularly in English.|
|If the Examagram score was closer to 143 it means that the candidate is at the lower end of this CEFR level. If their Examagram score is closer to 245 then they were at the top end of the CEFR level.|
|A2||CEFR Level: A2 Way stage or elementary|
|Examagram score: 246 – 428|
|At this level, the candidate understands sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). They will be able to communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar matters. The candidate will also be able to describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need. They will understand the most commonly-used English vocabulary and be able to form simple sentences and questions, but will struggle to form or understand long or complex sentences. It is likely that the candidates at this level will need additional training if they are required to use the English language on a regular basis. Phone or group discussions will be difficult for this candidate.|
|If the Examagram score was closer to 246 it means that the candidate is at the lower end of this CEFR level. If their Examagram score is closer to 428 then they were at the top end of the CEFR level.|
|B1||CEFR Level: B1 Threshold or intermediate|
|Examagram Score: 429 – 571|
|At the lower intermediate level, the candidate can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. They can deal most situations likely to arise while travelling in an area where the language is spoken. They are able to produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest. They will also be able to describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans. However, they will struggle to engage in conversations about more abstract topics. They will be able to understand simple texts, but will require guidance to understand authentic texts. It is expected that candidates at this level would be functional in their role (assuming that the English language is not fundamental to the role) but will require flexibility in their English communication from other colleagues.|
|If the Examagram score was closer to 429 it means that the candidate is at the lower end of this CEFR level. If their Examagram score is closer to 571 then they were at the top end of the CEFR level.|
|B2||CEFR Level: B2 Vantage or upper intermediate|
|Examagram score: 572 – 714|
|At the upper intermediate level, the candidate can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete (practical) and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialisation. They can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. They will be able to produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options. However, their limited vocabulary and exposure to authentic English means they may be unable to catch finer details with regards to tone and implied meaning. It is expected that candidates at this level will be able to perform in the work place and their level of English should not heavily prohibit their ability to do their work. Occasionally, when working with groups of conversed native English speakers, the candidate may seek clarification on work meaning and on occasions they may struggle if the pace of conversation is very fast.|
|If the Examagram score was closer to 572 it means that the candidate is at the lower end of this CEFR level. If their Examagram score is closer to 714 then they were at the top end of the CEFR level.|
|C1||CEFR Level: C1 Effective Operational Proficiency or advanced|
|Examagram Score: 715 – 857|
|At this advanced level the candidate can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognise implicit meaning. They can express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Their use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. They will be able to produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organisational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices. Only when exposed to heavy accents and idiomatic language will the user struggle to understand. It is unlikely that the candidate will ever need assistance when talking in the English language. Their English competence is very high and in some cases they may even sound like a native English speaker.|
|If the Examagram score was closer to 715 it means that the candidate is at the lower end of this CEFR level. If their Examagram score is closer to 857 then they were at the top end of the CEFR level.|
|C2||CEFR Level: C2 Mastery or proficiency|
|Examagram Score: 858 – 1000|
|At the top level the candidate can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. They will be able to summarise information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. They will be able to express themselves spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations. They will understand a vast number of idiomatic phrases, recognise the implications and tone behind their usage and be able to use them correctly according to the social setting. In many cases, candidates at this level will sound like a native English speaker and will have the vocabulary and grammatical skills to match. Some native English speakers may not achieve this level.|
|If the Examagram score was closer to 858 it means that the candidate is at the lower end of this CEFR level. If their Examagram score is closer to 1000 then they were at the top end of the CEFR level.|

Any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Examagram Websites. All e-mail addresses associated with the user (examiners) accounts will be e-mailed including user (candidate) profiles. The changes will apply to the use of the Examagram Services after we have given you notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Examagram’s Services or the website. If you continue to use the Examagram Services after the date on which the changes comes into effect, your use of the Examagram Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms. It is your responsibility to inform Examagram if you do not accept any amendments to your Privacy that you have been notified about.
Definitions used for this Privacy Notice include:-
“personal information” or “information” is data that can be used to identify an individual or “user”.
“processing” includes but is not limited to collecting, holding, storing, recording, organizing, adapting, using, disclosing, correcting, destructing.
“Third party” includes anyone that is not “you” or “Examagram”
1 – COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
1.1 – When you register for the Examagram.com Services
1.1.1 – Each time when you register with Examagram for any of the Examagram.com Services, you will be asked to provide certain personal information about yourself in order to create an Examagram account.
1.1.2 – The information collected during the registration process includes but is not limited to your email address, name, country of residence, company and position.
1.1.3 – Whenever the personal information requested by Examagram is marked as “Required Field”, you must provide and agree to the processing of this information by Examagram.com. If you do not agree to provide this personal information and/or not agree to us processing it in the manner set out in this Privacy Notice, then Examagram.com may not be unable to provide the relevant services to you and your application for such services could be rejected.
1.1.4 – From your use of the Examagram.com Services and/or the Examagram.com Websites we will gather information from you and will assume that you have the necessary permissions to provide Examagram with the information. This includes candidate information submitted by examiners. When uploading this information onto the system, Examagram will assume that you are complying with all Privacy laws related to you obtaining, holding and then passing on this information. If you do not have the required permission, we asked that you refrain from uploading the information. Please understand that when a test is sent candidate, an automatic e-mail (containing a link to this Policy) will be triggered and sent to them.
1.1.5 – If you choose to use Examagram Services to tell a friend about its services or use Examagram to send on test result information, Examagram.com will ask for your friend’s name and e-mail address. An e-mail inviting your friend to use the Examagram Services or to visit the Eamagram.com Websites will be sent to him/her automatically. Other e-mails to third parties and candidates are automatically sent at relevant times during the test procedure. As in case 1.1.4, Examagram will assume that you have obtained all the required permissions to do so.
1.1.6 – If you wish to stop Examagram.com from processing this type of personal information about you, Examagram.com may no longer be able to provide the relevant services to you.
1.1.7 – In addition, Examagram.com may ask your permission to post your testimonial or success story or for referrals. If you agree to post your material on Examagram.com Websites or any associated publication, you should be aware that any personal information you submit can be read, collected, or used by other users of the Examagram.com Websites and could be used to send you unsolicited messages
1.2 – When you visit the Examagram.com Websites
1.2.1 – When you visit any Examagram.com Websites our web servers automatically collect information about your visit to these websites, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the time, date and duration of your visit. Your IP address is a unique identifier for your computer or other access device.
1.2.2 – Examagram.com may track your visits to any Examagram.com Websites by placing a “cookie” on your computer or other access device when you enter. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or other access device by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more effectively, as well as to provide information to the owners of the websites.
1.2.3 – Cookies allow Examagram.com to save preferences for you so that you will not have to re-enter them the next time you visit. Cookies also help Examagram.com collect anonymous click stream data for tracking user trends and patterns. Examagram.com may use the anonymous click stream data to help the Advertiser to deliver better-targeted advertisements.

1.2.5 – Examagram.com also uses clear gifs in its HTML-based emails in order to find out which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows Examagram.com to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of its marketing campaigns.

4.1 – Examagram.com will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in Clause 2 above and any legal or business purposes.
5.SECURITY OF INFORMATION
5.1 – Examagram.com is committed to keeping information secure. Examagram.com has appropriate technical, administrative and physical procedures in place to protect information from loss, theft and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

8.1 – It may be necessary for Examagram.com to transfer your personal information outside of your local jurisdiction if any of Examagram’s service providers or strategic partners (“overseas entities”) is involved in providing part of the Examagram.com Services.
9.2 – You can login to our site using sign-in services or recommend our site on websites such as Facebook, Twitter and Linked in. This service will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form. Services like Facebook Connect, twitter and linked in give you the option to post information about your activities on this website to your profile page to share with others within your network.

1. – The Examagram Agreement
1.1 – The Examagram Website is provided to you for your use subject to these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and Examagram. By accessing or using the Examagram Website you agree to accept and/or to be bound by the Terms set out in this document. By using the website you agree to use the Examagram.com Website at your own risk.
1.2 – In the case of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with Examagram, these Terms will take precedent in all circumstances. This includes any marketing material or the service level agreement.
1.3 – From time to time we may update these terms for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Examagram.com Website. The changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Examagram.com Website. They will also be sent to any secondary e-mail address that you have provided. They will also be sent to candidates listed in every users account. The changes will apply to the use of the Examagram.com website after we have given you (the user) notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Examagram Website. If you continue to use the Examagram.com Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of Examagram.com indicates your agreement to the new Terms without exception.
2 – Definitions
2.1 – “User” means a person (examiner) or entity that is contracting to use the website to send a test to another person (candidate) or a person (candidate) completing the test as requested by another person (examiner). The definition of “user” may also be used to define a third party contact who has been sent the results or any other relating information regarding the Examagram services.
2.2 – “Design” includes the color combinations and the page layout of the Examagram Website and all e-mails and test certificates sent by Examagram.
2.3 – “Examiner” or “Examiners” means a person or entity that is accessing a Examagram Website to send a test or utilize any Examagram Services for any reason related to the purpose of candidate testing or employment. It may also be used to describe a third party who has been sent the test by the examiner.
2.4 – “Examiner Materials” or “Examiner account” includes any brochures, emails, job postings, web site content, career fair material, audio, videos, photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, documents or other materials provided by the Examiner, if any, for use in connection with the Examagram Services.
2.5 – “Graphics” includes all logos, button icons, and other graphical elements on the Examagram Website, with the exception of paid advertising banners.
2.6 – “Candidate” or “Candidates” means a User who is accessing the Examagram Website to complete a test or visits the website for any other capacity except in some cases as an Examiner.
2.7 – “Examgram.com” means Examagram or the company operating the Examagram Website for the country in which you live or in which business is headquartered. “Examagram” is inclusive of Examagram.com and other associated websites.
2.8 – “Examagram Content” includes all Text, Graphics, and Design, Programming, information, images, video, audio files, software and other contents used on the Examagram Website.
2.9 – “Examagram Database” or “Examagram Databases” includes all information inputted into the Examagram Websites and/or all candidates and/or employers’ information registered with Examagram.com.
2.10 – “Examagram Services” means any services provided by Examagram.com or its agents including:-
2.10.1 – the provision of online recruiting or testing, some advertising and creating Profiles which may include personal information;
2.10.2 – The future provision of recruitment and executive search services;
2.10.3 – the provision of online search access or information search functions to third parties;
2.10.4 – future matching of job specifications with potential candidate profiles and advising Users and/or Candidates of the positions available;
2.10.5 – providing Examiners with access to future internal recruitment management system by registering a an Examagram with Examagram.com;
2.10.6 – providing Advertisers and/or Examagram with other ancillary recruitment and advertising services including banners, electronic direct mail system, design and posting support services; and
2.10.7 – providing external Advertisers and/or Examiner services to advertise on Examagram.com Website.
2.11 – “Examagram.com Website” means any website under Examagram.com’s control. This includes Examagram.com Mobile Applications.
2.12 – “Profiles” means user (candidates or examiners) profiles created or company profiles created and maintained by Examiners.
2.14 – “Examagram Account” means the account authenticated by username and password, to access the Examagram recruitment/testing management system. It can also be used to describe a candidate’s profile.
2.15 – “Examagram Account Holder” refers to any User who has registered for an Examagram Account with Examagram.com and/or has access to Examagram.com recruitment/testing Database for the any purpose relating to testing or employment.
2.16 – “Text” includes all text on every page of the Examagram.com Website, whether editorial, navigational, or instructional.
2.17 – “User Content” means all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by Users (examiners or candidates) on or through Examagram.com Website.
2.18 – “You” or “you” means the person who (or the entity on behalf of whom you are acting) that is agreeing to these Terms.
3 – Registration
3.1 – To register on the Examagram.com Website you must be 16 years of age or above.
3.2 – You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
3.3 – You must inform Examagram immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively. This can be done by contacting us at [email protected] or updating your profile via the Examagram Dashboard.
4 – Password and security
4.1 – When you register to use the Examagram.com Website you will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us at [email protected] immediately.
4.2 – If Examagram.com has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Examagram.com Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account. On occasions this may be enforced.
4.3 – As a result of your loss of your Password or the misuse of the Examagram.com Website:
4.3.1 – all losses or damage incurred thereby shall be borne by you; and
4.3.2 – you shall fully indemnify Examagram.com should Examagram.com suffer any loss or damage.
5 – Intellectual Property
5.1 – Examagram Website, Examagram.com Content, and all right, title and interest in and to the Examagram Website are the exclusive property of Examagram.com.
5.2 – Examagram.com Website and Content are protected by copyright, trade mark, database right and other intellectual property rights.
5.3 – You may retrieve and display Examagram.com and the content of the Examagram.com Website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print not more than 10 copies of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or Examagram.com. You can not use content from the Website without written permission from Examagram. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to clarify what is acceptable use of the content from the website. We grant users the access to use of the test certificates along with statistical information available on the website as well as the written definitions of the Test results on the condition that it is not used to harm the credentials or brand image of Examagram. We reserve the right to withdraw this permission at any time without dispute. We also grant any users the right to include any of the commercial information provided on our website or in our service level proposal in order to obtain additional business, assuming that it is to promote the use of Examamgram. Examagram reserves the right to remove these permissions.
6 – Availability of the Examagram.com Website
6.1 – Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the Examagram.com Website will meet your requirements.
6.2 – We cannot guarantee that the Examagram.com Website will be fault-free, error-free, or that Examagram.com Website and servers are free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If a fault occurs with the Examagram.com Website you should report it here and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we can.
6.3 – Your access to the Examagram.com Website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new content, facilities or services. We will attempt to restore access and/or service as soon as we reasonably can.
7 – Your use of the Examagram Website
7.1 – Examagram.com grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use Examagram.com Website only for your personal use and/or employment purposes.
7.2 – You may not use the Examagram.com Website for any of the following purposes:-
7.2.1 – disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws;
7.2.2 – aggregating, copying or duplicating in any manner any of the Examagram.com Content or information available from any Examagram.com Website.
7.2.3 – reproducing any of the Examagram.com Content for general use.
7.2.4 – transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice;
7.2.6 – interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Examagram.com Website; or
7.2.7 – making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner. (with the exception of test certificates). In the case of test certificates, Examagram grants you the right to use the test certificate at you own free will with the exception of activity that can harm the image of Examagram or for any activities that are not regarded as appropriate to the service provided. Examagram reserve the right to remove the test certificate from use at any time.
7.3 – You agree not to resell or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of any Examagram.com Website. With exception, Examagram does grant you the right to use the product as a value add service to your commercial activity. I.E in the case of an external recruitment agency offering the Examagram service to a client. Examagram reserves the right to withdraw this usage at any time. In no way can a third party charge or produce any revenue from the Examagram service without prior consent.
8 – Your use of the Examagram.com Services
8.1The Examagram Services may be used only by:
8.1.1 – Candidates who wish to take an Examagram test that has been sent by any user (examiner).
8.1.2 – Examiners or their agents seeking candidates for employment purposes and those who wish to test the skills of potential candidates; and
8.1.3 – Advertisers.
8.2 – Your use of the Examagram.com Services is also subject to any other contracts you may have with Examagram.com. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with EXamagram.com, these Terms will prevail.
8.3 – All Users agree to not:-
8.3.2 – violate or attempt to violate the security of any Examagram.com Website;
8.3.3 – reverse engineer or decompile any parts of any Examagram.com Website;
8.3.4 – aggregate, copy or duplicate in any matter any of the Examagram.com Content or information available from any EXamagram.com Website other than as permitted by these Terms;
8.3.5 – post any content or material that facilitates, promotes or endorses scams, false or misleading information or illegal activities, OR endorses or provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, providing or creating computer viruses or pirating media, OR promotes or endorses any political views;
8.3.6 – post or input any information of a third party without their prior consent. This directly relates to the inputting of information of candidates that you wish to send tests to. It is the responsibility of the User (Examiner) to ensure they have prior consent to input third party (candidate or other user). As a result of non-consent all losses or damage incurred thereby shall be borne by you (examiner); and you shall fully indemnify Examagram.com should Examagram.com suffer any loss or damage. This includes any damage to the reputation or credibility of Examagram.com.
8.3.7 – share with a third party any login credentials to any Examagram.com Website;
8.3.8 – access data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which you are not authorized to access;
8.3.9 – post or submit to any Examagram.com Website any inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, false, not up to date biographical information or information which you do not have permission to submit;
8.3.10 – post or submit any content in any publication or website that disputes the credentials of Examagram or produce any negative impressions. You shall fully indemnify Examagram.com should Examagram.com suffer any loss or damage through publication or content written about the Examagram services on any external websites within your control or influence.
8.3.11 – post content that contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
8.3.12 – solicit passwords or personally identifiable information from other Users;
8.3.13 – delete or alter any material posted by any other person or entity;
8.3.14 – harass, incite harassment or advocate harassment of any group, company or individual;
8.3.15 – send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes promoting and/or advertising products or services to any User, or contact any users that have specifically requested not to be contacted by you;
8.3.16 – attempt to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any Examagram.com Website, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “mailbombing”, or “crashing”.
8.3.17 – use the Examagram.com Services for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity, or post or submit any content that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by Examagram.com’s discretion; or
8.3.18 – submit any information which is not a genuine information and which attempts to advertise or promote products or services.
8.4 – Violations of network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. Examagram.com will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.
9 – Additional Terms applicable to Examiners
9.1 – Examagram hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use Examagram.com Website for your internal business use seeking candidates or to test candidates for employment. This authorizes you to view and download not more than 10 copies of Examagram.com Content or materials on the Website solely for your use directly related to recruiting and testing Candidates. We do grant you the right to use of the test certificates and other information under the conditions listed in 7.2.7.
9.2 – Examagram.com also grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to use Examagram.com Services for your internal use only. These rights are granted and set out in the standard service documented in the Examagram Service Level Agreement.
9.3 – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Examagram account, Profile and passwords, as applicable. As previously mentioned you are responsible for maintaining the data you have provided for third parties (users & candidates). If at any time a user (candidate) wishes to have their details removed you must inform Examagram immediately. If a user (candidate) at any time wishes to have their details removed at any time then Examagram will adhere to their request. Examagram will seek reasonable due diligence to ensure the user (candidate) identity is true and will notify you of any activity relating to the status of their information.
9.4 – You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and you shall be strictly liable and/or responsible for all uses of your Examagram Website registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by you.
9.5 – You agree to immediately notify Examagram.com of any unauthorized use of your employer account, Profile or passwords. You shall fully indemnify Examagram.com should Examagram.com suffer any loss or damage relating to unauthorized use of your Examagram account.
9.6 – Examiner represents, warrants and covenants that any Examiner Materials provided by Examiner for use in connection with Examagram Services will not violate any laws or regulations or third-party proprietary rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trade mark, obscenity, rights or publicity or privacy, and defamation laws.
9.7 – Examiners acknowledge and agree that it shall disregard any personal data received from the Candidate which are irrelevant to obtaining and assessing the suitability of candidates or testing the candidates.
9.8 – Examiners are solely responsible for the Examiner Materials on Examagram Website. Examagram is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of any Examagram Website and Examagram shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reasons, made by any examiner using the Website for testing purposes.
9.9 – Examiner Information may not contain:-
9.9.1 – names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies;
9.9.2 – inaccurate, false, or misleading information;
9.10 – Examagram is under no obligation to monitor the Employer information on Examagram Website, but Examagram may monitor the User Materials at any time.
9.11 – Examagram reserves the right to remove any User information which in the reasonable exercise of Examagram discretion, does not comply with this Section, or if any content Examagram believes is not in the best interest of Examagram.
9.12 – If any time during your use of the Examagram Services, you made a misrepresentation of fact to Examagram or otherwise misled Examagram in regards to the nature of your business activities or breach of the Terms, Examagram may terminate your use of the services and in such event. Examagram reserves the right to remove any profiles/users from the database if it considers the business to be damaging to its service, damaging to its public perception or is bad natured to Examagram or to any Examagram users.
9.13 – You understand and acknowledge that all information provided by you may be disclosed to other related to parties such as prospective Employees and businesses.
9.14 – You understand and acknowledge that if you cancel your Examagram account or your Examagram account is terminated, all your account information from Examagram, may be deleted from the Database. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Examagram web servers. Examagram is under no obligation to provide you with this information.
10 – Additional Terms applicable to Candidates
10.1 – Examagram hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use Examagram Website only for your personal use to take the test and view other associated information. This authorizes you to view and download a not more than 10 copies any content or material on Examagram Website solely for your personal. You are permitted to use the hyperlink that provides your test certificate as many times as required to show you English competence. Examagram reserves the right to remove this link at any time.
10.2 – Examagram gives you the right to request any information that has been given to us via another user (Examiner). It is your responsibility to work with the examiner to ensure all information submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date and not misleading. The Profile requires standard fields to be completed. You may not impersonate another person, living or dead. You understand that by taking the test your assume control of the information provided by the Examiner on the Examagram website.
10.3 – You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the information given, immediately informing Examagram of any false information that has been given by any users upon taking the test.
10.4 – Examagram reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the agreement you enter by taking the test. By taking the test you agree to have your information stored on our internal database.
10.6 – You understand and acknowledge that all information provided by you may be disclosed to other related to parties such as prospective Employers and others.
10.7 – You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your profile and that if you are sent the test by more than one examiner then your profile may appear a number of times. If you request your profile to be removed or if you profile is removed by Examagram all your account information from Examagram, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Examagram Databases and will be removed from any public area of the Examagram Website. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Examagram web servers. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of your information.
10.8 – Examagram.com reserves the right to delete your account and all of your information after a significant duration of inactivity.
11 – User Content and submissions
11.1 – You understand that all User Content is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated. This is includes the information provided about your profile or account. If there is a dispute on the information given by users (examiners) about other users (candidates) this may lead to the deleting of the profile.
11.2 – You understand and acknowledge that all information provided by shall be stored in Examagram Databases and this from time to time will be shared with relevant third parties, potentially for commercial use.
11.4 – By signing up as a user (examiner) on the Website or by taking a test as a user (Candidate), you grant Examagram, subject to your privacy setting, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content.
11.5 – Examagram may review and remove any User profiles that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of any Examagram Website. Examagram reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Examagram Services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Examagram may take any action with respect to User profile or action that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User action could create liability for Examagram or do damage Examagram’s brand or public image, or cause Examagram to lose Users.
11.6 – Examagram does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of user opinion or commentary that, is created from user activity nor does Examagram endorse any opinions expressed by Users on the Examagram website or on external websites and publications. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.
12 – Term and Termination
12.1 – These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a user of any Examagram Service.
12.2 – Examagram reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your User account/profile from the Examagram Website and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Examagram Website and/or any other services provided to you by Examagram, upon any breach by you of these Terms or if Examagram is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to a Examagram Website registration or any information subsequently uploaded.
13 – Examagram’s liability
13.1 – Examagram Website and Examagram Services act as, among other things, venues for:-
13.1.1 – Employers or their agents to test and evaluate candidates for potential jobs or their current employees;
13.1.2 – candidates to participate in tests and engage in activities proving their suitability for positions.
13.1.3 – Advertisers to post advertisements.
13.2 – Examagram does not screen or censor the information given. Examagram is not involved in the actual transaction between examiners and candidates. As a result, Examagram is not responsible for User Content or profiles, the truth or accuracy of the information. To be clear, it is solely the responsibility of the examiner to ensure that the candidates is fully aware of the information that is being provided up until the candidate decides to take the test. Any information given by the examiner and therefore any liability relating to the information is solely with the examiner. Once the candidate has started the test, they have fully agreed with the terms and conditions laid out in this document and they are in full understanding that they are then responsible to ensure that the examiner has submitted correct and accurate information on their behalf in relation to their profile. Examagram will assume that the candidate has given full permission for the information to be shared. It is the candidate’s responsibility to inform Examagram of false or unauthorized information being given past the point of starting the test.
13.3 – Examagram reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any User accounts, profiles or content from the Examagram Website from time to time.
13.4 – Examagram Website also provides content from other internet sites and resources and while Examagram tries to ensure that material included on the Examagram Website is correct, reputable and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If Examagram is informed of any inaccuracies in the material from the Examagram Website we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.
13.5 – Examagram Website and Examagram Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Examagram makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any Examagram Website or the Examagram Content. The use of all Examagram Website and the Examagram Content is at your own risk.
13.6 – Nothing on the Examagram Website shall be considered an endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any User or third party, whether in regards to its web sites, products, services, hiring, experience, employment or recruiting practices, or otherwise, unless otherwise stated.

19.1 – You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

What is the Menu Bar on the right hand side and what do the all the functions do?
- Quick Test Search box – This allows you to search all the tests results by free typing text into the box. The names and e-mails addresses of each candidate are searchable from this function
- Dashboard (Home Page) – The dashboard is the main area where you enter Examagram. The best way to describe it is as your Examagram homepage.
- English Test – This is the section where you can send Tests, Review Tests and review the scoring/level descriptions
- Candidates – In the candidates section you are able to manage candidates (i.e. change their details, resend tests results etc) as well Add candidates ready for testing
- Refer Examagram – This is important. We want the site to be used as much and as frequently as possible. This is the section where you get the chance to show you appreciation of the site by referring Examagram to other uses. This can be done by using Linked in, Facebook, Twitter, sending an E-mail or using our Referral Page
- Help – The help function you are using now. Click on the questions to find the anwers.
What does the Quick Test Search box do?
This functions allows you to quick search tests results. By inputting free type data about the candidate such as their name, email address it will search the database and take you to the review test section where you can review the test results.
What is the dashboard?
The dashboard is the main area where you enter Examagram. The best way to think of it is as your Examagram homepage. From here you are able to view an overview of your account including the status of your most recent tests and graphs displaying test results comparisons, as well as follow quick links to:
- View All Candidates – By clicking on this link, you will be taken to the manage candidates section, this allows you to view as well as manage your candidate information.
- View All Tests – By clicking on this link, you will be taken to the review test Section, which allows you to review the test status, review test results and send test results to a third party such as a colleague, client on hiring manager
- Send Tests – By clicking on this link you will be taken to Send Tests section. From this section you will be able to select the candidate you wish to send the test to.
- Add Candidate – By clicking here you will be taken to the Add candidate page. From here you will be able to add candidate details ready for them to be sent the test
What are the different test statuses that can be viewed from the dashboard?
From the dashboard, the following can be viewed:
- Pending Tests – All the tests that you have sent that have not been completed but are still within the time frame that the candidate is given.
- Expired Tests – All of the tests that were not completed
- Completed Tests – All the tests that have been completed. This details the following:
- Date Sent
- Result and level
- You can also click on the hyper link to see the test certificate
Can you explain what the graphs mean on the dashboard?
Graph 1 – This graph shows a bar graph comparing the following:
- Your (combined) candidates average Examagram score
- Your countries (combined) average Examagram score
- The entire world (combined) average Examagram score
To understand/compare the results it is important to remember the higher the score the better the result.
Graph 2 – This graph plots a line graph which displays the amount of candidates that have achieved a certain Examagram score. To understand/compare this graph understand that the higher the line the more common the score. Candidate results that are to the left of the top of the each are below average and candidate scores that would appear to the right of the top of the arch are above average. Candidate’s results that are close to the top of the arch are closer to an average score.
How do I change the country results that are displayed on the dashboard?
You are able to change the country of origin for the management information displayed on the dashboard. This is done by clicking on the drop down menu in the top right hand corner of the screen. The default country selected is that of your country selected when you signed up to Examagram or the country that you selected if you subsequently changed your account settings. You can change your default country by updating your profile.
English Test Section
How do I send a test to a single candidate?
There are a number of ways you can send a test to a candidate from within Examagram – anyone you wish to send a test to must be entered as a candidate however this can easily be done at the same time as sending a test.
- Sending a test to a candidate that has not already been added:
- Select ‘Add Candidate’ from the top right of the dashboard
- Complete the candidate details
- Select ‘Save and Send Test’
- Select English test from the test types dropdown
- Click send
- Sending a test to a candidate already added to Examagram:
- Select ‘Send Tests’ from the English Tests menu
- Search for your candidate in the resulting page – you can filter by group, country and / or any part of your candidates name or email address
- Click the ‘Send Test’ button in the right hand column
- Select English test from the test types dropdown
- Click send
How do I send a test to multiple candidates
To send a test to multiple candidates at one, first you need to make sure they are all added to Examagram. once they are added you can do the following:
- Select ‘Send Tests’ from the English Tests menu
- Filter the candidate list to display the ones you wish to send a test to (hint, groups are a great way to do this)
- Check the box next to each candidate you wish to send a test to
- Click ‘Send Test’ at the bottom of the screen
- Select English test from the test types dropdown
- Click send
What features are available in the review tests screen?
In the review Test section you can:
- Search for candidates to review their test results
- View the candidates test results
- Resend expired tests to candidates
- Send the candidate’s results to a third party associate
How do I search tests?
There are several ways to search for a tests:
- Search by groups – You can assign a group to a candidate when you create their profile. You can read more about this in the add candidate section. From the Send test search function, you are able to search the tests from all of the candidate associated with all the groups you have created.
- Search by country – The drop down box allows you to search all for all of the tests from the candidates that are from an individual country.
- Search by email address, first name or last name – This is the easiest way to search for a test assigned to an individual candidate as their e-mail address will be unique to them.
- Search by Status – The drop down box allows you to search by the tests associated with the candidate’s current test status. These can be seen below:
- Pending Tests – All the tests that you have sent that have not been completed but are still within the 24 hour time frame that the candidate is given.
- Expired Tests – All of the tests that were not completed
- Completed Tests – All the tests that have been completed
- Search by date – This functions allow you to search all tests assigned within a certain time. These are listed below:
- Tests assigned on that day
- Tests assigned within the last seven days
- Tests assigned within the last thirty days
- Tests assigned within the last month
- Tests within a custom range, select any date range for displaying tests.
Note: The default date is all tests within the last year. Remember to reset all of the search filters when searching for a new candidate.
How can I view a candidates results?
he Examagram test certificate shows all of the information needed to assess the candidate’s results. It is has a unique hyperlink that can be accessed at any time online (you do not have to be logged in to see this) You can copy the URL and display in a report or an email to someone else. This is what is sent to the third party person when you run this action. The information contained in the Examagram test certificate is as follows:
- The amount of Time that the candidate took to complete the test.
- The Examagram score that the candidate achieved in the test, which is a mark out of 1000.
- The CEFR Level that the candidate achieved in the test. There are 6 levels. There is a description of the CEFR level below. The description indicates the level and the capabilities of the candidate’s English competence.
- The graph plots 3 bars which represent the candidates Examagram score, the average Examagram score from the candidate’s country and finally the average Examagram for all tests throughout the world. It is important to remember that the higher the Examagram score the higher the better the result, without exception.
How do I send a candidates results to a 3rd party (e.g. line/hiring manager)?
A key feature of Examagram is the ability to be able to send results to a third party like a colleague, client or another hiring manager. You can either send the results of an individual test or send a group of test results.
- To send the results of a single user:
- In Review Tests, search for the user whose results you wish to send
- Click the ‘Send Results’ button to the right of the user details
- Enter the email addresses you wish to send the results to
- Click Send
- To send the results of multiple users:
- In Review Tests, search for the users whose results you wish to send
- check the box next to each user you require
- Click the ‘Send Results’ button at the bottom of the table
- Enter the email addresses you wish to send the results to
- Click Send
How can I resend a test to a candidate?
If a candidate test has expired (the candidate has not completed the test within the alloted time) then you have the option to resend. This can be done from either the dashbaord expired tests section (if it is a recent test), or from the ‘Review Tests’ page
How does the Examagram scoring system work?
The Examagram score awarded to a candidate is a mark out of 1000 where the higher the score, the more competent their English ability
In order to standardise results and allow comparison against other systems, the Examagram score can be mapped to the Common European Frameword of Reference for Languages (CEFR), withthe candidates score within each band giving an indication as to how close they were to the level above or below. Those bands are as follows:
- CEFR Level: Below an A1 – Examagram score: 0 – 142
- CEFR Level: A1 Breakthrough or beginner – Examagram Score: 143 – 245
- CEFR Level: A2 Waystage or elementary – Examagram Score: 246 – 428
- CEFR Level: B1 Threshold or intermediate – Examagram Score: 429 – 571
- CEFR Level: B2 Vantage or upper intermediate – Examagram score: 572 – 714
- CEFR Level: C1 Effective Operational Proficiency or advanced – Examagram Score: 715 – 857
- CEFR Level: C2 Mastery or proficiency – Examagram Score: 858 – 1000
When adding a candidate, what information is required?
When adding a candidate you are required to complete the following information:
- First Name
- The candidate’s current job title
- The candidate’s current company
- The country that the candidate was based
- The group that the candidate is assigned to. A group can be anything you want, typical uses are to place together groups of candidates associated with a specific project, job or recruitment drive
After you have inputted the information, you have two options:
- Saving and then adding another candidate
- Saving and then sending the test to a candidate
How do I search for a candidate?
To search for a candidate, go to Manage Candidates and fill in the options available. You can search for candidates using several methods:
- Search by groups – You can assign a group to a candidate when you create their profile. You can read more about this in the add candidate section. From the Send test search function, you are able to search all of the candidate associated with all the groups you have created.
- Search by country – The drop down box allows you to search for all of the candidates that are from an individual country.

How can I customise the search results (e.g. number of records displayed)?
To customise the number of results yo se in the cadidate grid, you can select a different number from the drop down that appears to the bottom left. Be careful using ‘All’ as if you have many thousands of candidates in the system the page may take some time to load.
How can I edit a candidates details?
You can edit the candidates by clicking on the edit (pencil) icon in the edit column from the manage candidate screen. When clicking here it will bring up the candidates details where you can edit the following:
- First Name
- The candidate’s current job title
- The candidate’s current company
- The country that the candidate was based
- The group that the candidate is assigned to. Groups are you able to place together groups of candidates associated with a specific project, job or recruitment drive. Read more about groups from in the create candidate section.
How can I deactivate (hide) or reactivate a candidate?
You are able to hide (deactivate) or reactivate any candidates within the system. By default, deactivated candidates are not displayed which can make it easier to work with if you are dealing with large numbers of candidates.
- Deactivating a candidate – On the manage candidates page there is a active/non-active column which shows the status of the candidate. By clicking on the active button in this column next to the candidate name you are able to deactivate a candidate
- Reactivating candidates – To reactivate a candidate click on the ‘show inactive candidate”’tick box, then search for the candidate using any of the methods above. We recommend using the e-mail address when looking for an individual candidate as this will be unique to that one candidate. Once you have found the candidate, click on the non-active button this will reactivate the candidate.
How do I edit my profile details?
You can access your account details by clicking on your account name and then ‘My Profile’. From here you will be taken to an overview page that gives details from your account. To change details click on the Edit Account tab. From here you can change the following:
- First name
- Last name
- E-mail Address
- Secondary e-mail address – With the second address, all correspondents will also be sent to this address.
- Company Name
- Job Title
- Logo Image – Typically the image of you company, this is the image that will appear on the tests that you send out to all of your candidates.

What happens during a candidate test?
Once a test is sent to a candidate they will receive an email with intructions and a unique link which will take them to their test. Following the link gives an overview of what to expect, and looks like the following:
Examagram is an online English test that will examine your English competence. This is an exciting opportunity to prove your skills in this area. Please note the following:
- The test will expire in 2, you must complete the test before the expiry time.
- You must finish the test once you have started, you can not pause the test.
- The test is timed, you will be given a maximum of 30 minutes to complete the test.
- The test will become harder as you go along, please ensure that you complete all 60 questions.
- You will only get one attempt at each question
- You and the person who sent you the test will instantly receive the results of your test once you have completed.
Some advice before you start:
- As the test is timed, every second counts. We strongly advise that you lock yourself in a room with no chance of distraction. Even 5 minutes of interruption can greatly change your performance and results.
- Do not spend more than 30 seconds on a single question. It is important that you give yourself time to complete all of the questions.
- DO NOT let others help you. This test is to assess your English, if you get others to help it will not give a true reflection of your ability
